The water is carefully supplied from the CPVC pipelines into the storage area which is properly filled and hygenic. Then the professionals get through the inspection of quality and and other harmful compounds in the water.

Every drop of JALKO is put through a rigorous multistage purification process which includes-

Multigrade Filter is required to remove the turbidity and as well as suspended solids present in raw water.

Activated Carbon Filteration Technique removes excess chlorine and trihalomethane and gets rid of colour, odour and harmful pesticides from the raw water.

Anti- Scalant Dosing System for scaling impurities like hardness in the form of Calcium as well as Magnesium.

Micron Catridge Filter catridge element of 5 micron size which removes micron size particles.

High Pressure Pump for supplying the feed water to reverse osmosis system at high pressure.

Reverse Osmosis membrane with pore size of 0.0001 micron which removes dissolved impurities, excess minerals and salts.

Dosing Pump we added minerals, Magnesium sulphate and Potassium bicarbonate (both food grade) which makes our water rich in mineral and healthy.

Microfilteration to remove smallest micron particles upto 0.45micron particles are removed from the water.

UV Treatment for killing of harmful microorganisms.

Ozone System for shelf life of water ormaintain the quality in sealed condition of the bottle.

 

BOTTLE TESTING:

Tests are done on the container every 3 months as per BIS standard. These tests are done to ascertain the Transparency, Strength, Capacity, Overall migration, Appearance of the bottle and to test PET leaching in water.
